This must be run on the latest Edge Browser or the latest Chrome browser. The reason is that it can download PDF documents. Although it is highly unlikely there would be a virus in a PDF file, the latest update of the latest browser will give some protection. Only PDF files are stored on this site. Later versions of this system will not allow downloads, but will email the pdf files to the user, relying on the outlook virus scanner.

This is a library that allows searching by document category, document keywords, and words within a document. The document category and keywords are entered by the person uploading the documents. The words in the document greater than three letters are put in an index. The index holds the relative position of the word within the document. Right now, only the whole word can be searched. A feature to be added that will allow partial word search. The relative position in the document allows you to search if one word is within so many words of another word.
